Cookie notice

A trust company should be transparent about its own tracking. This page lists every cookie we set, what it does, and how to turn it off. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting anywhere.

Cookies the Trust Badge sets on customer websites

When a website displays the Trust Badge, the badge script sets the following first-party cookies on that website. They contain no personal data and no identifiers of any kind; each is simply the value "1" used to avoid counting the same visitor twice in one day.

Cookie Purpose Duration Personal data
to_mini Counts one unique open of the badge mini panel per visitor per day 24 hours None (value is "1")
to_full Counts one unique open of the full verification report per visitor per day 24 hours None (value is "1")

Website owners can disable these cookies entirely from their TrustedOrigin dashboard (Domain report, Privacy settings). When disabled, the badge sets no cookies and records no engagement events. Clicks on individual report sections are counted without any cookie and without identifying the visitor.
