Business verification

A member of our team reviews official documentation to confirm your business is real and that you are entitled to operate the website. This typically includes:

• Company registration documents (or equivalent for your country)
• Confirmation that the registered business matches the website
• Basic contactability of the business

Once verified, a "Verified Business" certification appears on your badge and public profile, with the verification date.

1. Make sure the domain is on the Trust+ plan (business verification is a paid certification).
2. Email your company registration documents to [email protected] from an address on your domain where possible.
3. Our team reviews them, usually within a couple of business days, and may ask a clarifying question.
4. Once approved, your badge updates automatically on the next refresh.
